• All content, materials, and intellectual property created by Senthra Solutions remain our property unless otherwise stated in the contract.
• Clients retain ownership of their own data, trademarks, and proprietary information provided to us.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any information marked as confidential or reasonably understood to be so.
• This obligation does not apply to information already public, independently developed, or required by law to be disclosed.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability to you, whether in contract or tort, will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice in accordance with the contract terms.
• Upon termination, any outstanding payments remain due, and all intellectual property rights revert to the rightful owner as agreed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
